Operator: Empyrean Labs FZE LLC, Commercial Licence No. 54978 (Free Zones Authority of Ajman, United Arab Emirates). This policy applies to paid Routescore subscriptions sold under routescore.io once Stripe live charging is enabled. No payments are processed during the soft-launch waitlist period.
1. What you are paying for
A Routescore subscription buys you a recurring right of access to the Routescore decision-support workbench at the tier you selected. Pricing, billing period, and features are described on the pricing section and on the Stripe checkout page at the time of purchase. The price you saw and clicked through is the price you pay.
Routescore is a read-only, non-custodial workbench. We never hold or move your funds. Nothing in the subscription guarantees a return, a saving, or a particular outcome from any DeFi action you take.
Power-tier features are access to modeled scenarios, public-detector threshold alerts, request queues, exports, and developer surfaces. They are not wallet-specific real-time monitoring, transaction execution, a promised refresh outcome, or investment advice.
2. Cancellation — you can cancel any time
Cancel from /account in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to the paid tier until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the current period — this is consistent with how recurring SaaS subscriptions are billed worldwide.
We do not require an email, a phone call, or a retention call to cancel.
3. Refunds — the short list
Email [email protected] from the address on the subscription. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
- Duplicate charge due to our error or a Stripe error — refunded in full.
- Outage on our side > 72 consecutive hours in a billing period — pro-rated credit or refund of the affected month.
- 14-day cool-off — subscribed within the last 14 days, have not used a Power-tier compute-heavy feature, changed your mind. Full refund of the most recent charge.
- Erroneous post-cancellation charge — refunded in full.
- Stronger local consumer rights (e.g. certain EU/UK distance-selling rules) — applied in good faith.
Outside of these cases we do not refund subscription fees. We do not refund:
- Months or years already elapsed under an active subscription.
- A subscription you forgot to cancel before renewal — but we will let you cancel immediately so you are not billed again.
- Cryptocurrency, gas fees, or trading losses incurred on any chain. Routescore does not execute transactions.
4. Annual plans
Annual plans are sold at a ~17% discount versus monthly. Mid-term cancellation keeps access until the end of the year paid for; we do not pro-rate refund the unused months. The 14-day cool-off in §3 still applies.
5. Free trials
If a paid tier is offered with a free trial, you are not charged until it ends, and you can cancel during the trial without being charged at all. Once the trial converts, the rules above apply.
6. Failed payments
Stripe retries failed renewals automatically for up to 14 days. Your paid features remain on during retries. If all retries fail, the subscription auto-cancels at the end of the dunning window — no charge is made.
7. Chargebacks
Please email [email protected] before filing a chargeback. Almost anything we can resolve in 5 business days without the $15 Stripe dispute fee on either side. Fraudulent or unauthorized charges are an exception — file immediately and we will cooperate fully.
8. Tax
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT/GST. The applicable tax is added at checkout based on your billing address and is included in any refund issued under this policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post updates at the same URL, update the effective date, and email subscribers at least 30 days before any change that reduces an existing right. Changes do not retroactively apply to refunds you already requested.
